The Lamkin Clinic is a cash-based functional and regenerative medicine practice located in Edmond, Oklahoma. Founded by Dr. Brian Lamkin, DO, the clinic operates on a straightforward premise: that the goal of medicine is not to manage symptoms, but to identify and address the underlying causes of dysfunction. For more than 25 years, that philosophy has shaped every patient relationship, every lab panel, and every treatment plan that leaves this practice.

The decision to operate as a cash-based practice is a clinical one, not a financial one. Insurance reimbursement structures are built around high-volume, short-visit medicine. That model does not accommodate the kind of thorough, investigative care that functional medicine requires. By removing the insurance intermediary, The Lamkin Clinic is accountable to one party only: the patient.
